As Product Owner at NTT Data (via Apisero, acquired by NTT Data during his tenure), Jatin led execution for a Fortune 5 US healthcare and insurance enterprise across a portfolio of mission-critical AI, platform modernization, and operations automation initiatives.
At NTT Data, Jatin also introduced the Product-Oriented Delivery (POD) model for the first time across the client practice.
Earlier, at Tata Consultancy Services working with a leading US diagnostic testing firm, he led partner integrations for a scheduling and orders platform, onboarded 35+ enterprise customers, and improved partner adoption velocity by 65%. He also launched predictive no-show models that lifted compliance from 75% to 98% within two months.
